BWS WS-JX-3 Portable Sensor Calibrator

WS-JX-3 is a new vibration calibration station for the field operations applied to the sensor and instrument calibration. It is widely used for various types of sensor calibration in the laboratory and the workplace.

Categories: ,

Introduction

WS-JX-3 machine layout is simple, easy to carry with digital output of acceleration, velocity, and displacement. It may switch between Chinese and English with a 4.3-inch color touch display. Working nine points frequencies are 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 325, 495, 995Hz. It is easy to operate with magnitude accurate reading. The system distortion is ≤3% and the instrument payload capacity of 600g.
The instrument can be used for calibration of piezoelectric, magnetic, eddy current, and other sensors. It is configured with the eddy current sensor’s alignment bracket and -24V power supply.
The Dimensions are 28x25x18cm and weight is7kg.

Technical Specification

1. Output vibration signal error:

Internal source signal:5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 325, 495, 995Hz  ≤1%

Frequency accuracy:5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 325, 495, 995Hz   ≤3%

2. The maximum vibration amplitude and maximum load:

Because the WS-JX-3 type vibration calibration table system uses a shaker body that is small, the amplitude of the calibrator is not the same at different frequencies and at the sensor’s different weights. The maximum vibration amplitude of acceleration, velocity, and displacement and the maximum mean load the sensor is calibrated at are at a certain frequency and a particular weight.

3. Adjustable frequency:

5Hz, 10Hz, 20Hz, 40Hz, 80Hz, 160Hz, 325Hz, 495Hz, 995Hz

4. Max Amplitude and Max Load:

Because the weight of the shaker body of the JX-3C sensor calibrator is less. The amplitude of its shaker is different when calibrating with different weights of sensors. The following list is the max amplitude of acceleration, velocity, and displacement at different frequencies and different ranges of the weight of the sensor to be calibrated.
