By applying air bearing and no electric brush, this model is allowed to work at high rotating speed up to 10000rpm. The air gap between the rotor and the stator is 1.5mm. This non-contact nature of the signal transfer ensure the minimum need of maintenance and makes the model 1816 ideal for long-term durability applications.
The measuring torque capacity spans from 50Nm to 20000Nm with accuracy of 0.5%fs. The output (o/p) signal is frequency signal 10±5kHz (±6V square wave).
